Many businesses are too small to justify having a full-time Finance Director (FD) yet, at the same time, do need specialist
finance skills to address areas such as financial planning and forecasting, cash management, contract negotiations, legal
documentation, banking, auditor and other relationships etc.
I can act as your virtual FD, performing
all the work that a full-time Finance Director would do if you had one. This would take the general form in which I
would provide FD services to you through a combination of on-site visits (perhaps on a weekly or two-weekly basis) together
with remote working from my office. Close contact would be maintained at all times through telephone and email to ensure
a flexible ongoing service.
I have experience in all aspects of company management and can help
you understand/improve your margins and expand.
This service would be structured
by way of a fixed monthly fee at rates starting from £1,000 per month depending upon the size, scale and complexity
of business.
